About Capsicum
Capsicum Culinary Studio is the largest private chef training school in Southern Africa and provides vocational Chef and Hospitality Management skills training through industry experience, assessment and examinations. Capsicum Culinary Studio has been in existence for over 8 years and continues to grow. Capsicum Culinary Studio has 6 branches nationally, namely: Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Centurion, Boksburg and Johannesburg.
