Less than one year.
I have recently joined the hospitality education industry after 14 years in the recruitment / labour broking industries, where I specialised in running sites and placements within the hospitality industry. The highlight of my career thus far is joining Capsicum Culinary Studio and having the opportunity to make a difference in young people’s lives at the first point in their career.
Who is your favourite chef or inspirational figure?
Gordon Ramsay and Nick Vujicic.
Favourite dish to make and why?
Anything out of the ordinary, I love being different and trying new things.
