Angelique Orselli – Congratulations to a hard-working Boksburg student
Angelique did her Diploma in Patisserie in our then Capsicum Lonehill campus, and then in 2009 transferred to Boksburg to complete her Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking.
Angelique graduated in 2010 as graduate for the year in the Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking. She is currently working as a sous chef at Serengeti Golf estate near Midrand.
She is an inspiration to all prospective chefs due to her already having a high ranking position in a kitchen at the age of 23. She was promoted from working as a commis chef to pastry chef at Serengeti. She currently is HOD for pastry at Serengeti. She has achieved all of this straight after her graduating from her course. She is currently working her way to Sous Chef.
