Grade 10 and 18 years of age.

Course Duration

Part-time programmes are offered twice a week in the evening depending on schedule availability.

1st Semester: Feb – Jun (theory and practical)
2nd Semester: Industry Placement (contact the campus manager for guidance)
2nd Semester: Nov (City & Guilds examination)

  • Introduction to the Hospitality and Catering Industry
  • Other: Kitchen Terminology

*Home based study with practical component on campus.
