Area of expertise or work Experience: Was running my own catering and event’s company, worked my way up from student to Senior Sous Chef at the Beach Hotel (coincidentally at my industry placement). The field of expertise would be A La Carte. (I love the fast pace and working under pressure).
How many years have you been in the industry?
Obviously lecturing at the same campus where I had my training and secondly being recognised in the industry for your hard work and dedication and then being rewarded in terms of promotions such as my progression from Chef de Partie of the restaurant to the Senior Sous Chef of the entire kitchen.
Who is your favourite chef or inspirational figure?
George August Escoffier.
Favourite dish to make and why?
Curries and pasta dishes, nice to make and to eat.

Always use fresh ingredients.
