Who is your favourite chef or inspirational figure?

My Mother, because her cooking is what started my love of food, even though I cook better than what she does.

Favourite dish to make and why?

Crème Brulee. It’s a classic, and classic dishes never go out of style.

What's your best cooking tip?

Cook with natural flavours like garlic, lemon, thyme and chili. Forget about artificial seasonings that’s full of MSG. Taste your food as you cook, and don’t be afraid to season with salt and pepper.
