Congratulations to hard-working Boksburg student, Angelique Orselli!
Angelique completed the Diploma in Patisserie when our JHB campus was still situated in Lonehill. She then transferred to the Boksburg campus in 2009 to complete her Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, giving her a very well-rounded education to kick-start her culinary career.
Angelique graduated with the Graduate of the Year accolade for successfully completing the Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking. At the time when this article was written, she was working as a sous chef at Serengeti Golf estate in Midrand (Gauteng).
At the tender age of 23, she was already an inspiration to prospective chefs because she achieved such a high rank in the kitchen. She was promoted from a commis chef to a pastry chef at Serengeti, and is currently the HOD for pastry there.
All of this was achieved after graduating which bears testament to the quality of education received at Capsicum Culinary Studio. This stronf foundation coupled with determination, passion and hard work, will get angelique very far in her career.
