We are proud to announce that two of Capsicum’s Alumni Chefs were recently employed at Sabria’s Restaurant. Uwe Weimann is the Head Chef and Vuyo Gwarube is the Chef de Partie.
Sabria’s is a long-standing, renowned Halaal establishment in the heart of Wynberg, Cape Town. Under new ownership and management, the recently refurbished restaurant re-opened its doors on Wednesday 26th November 2014, offering fine dining Cape Malay Halaal food in a crisp and refreshing environment.
The menu offers succulent steaks from the grill, mouth-watering curries, delicious seafood as well as scrumptious salads and pastas.
All dishes are made from premium selected ingredients and the secret spices are processed in house.
Capsicum Culinary Studio maintains strong industry links that are vital to maintaining our high standards and relevance. Thank you to Chef Julietta e Silva, from Capsicum’s Cape Town campus, who was instrumental in the consulting process with Sabria’s and ultimately opened a new door for these two young Chefs.
