Industry Placements

Strong industry links are vital to preserving our high standards and relevance. Chef job placements form a critical component of the Capsicum Culinary Studio curriculum.
Our development team works closely with hotels, restaurants and other hospitality establishments on a national level, and are constantly looking for new and well-established contacts. The industry placement programme offers students the chance to put their knowledge and skills into practice through in-depth, on-the-job experience. Additionally students can also experience the pressures and responsibilities for working in a professional kitchen, as well as:
