Chef de Partie: Stellenbosch

Applications for a suitably qualified Chef de Partie are open

Salary: R5 000 – R6 000 PM

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Preparation of food to the highest standards
  • Follow strict guidelines for portion and stock control
  • Knowledge of wine

Only candidates, who meet these requirements, will be considered:

  • Good knowledge of food preparation
  • Grade 12
  • Formal Chef qualification
  • 1 Year in a similar role
  • Must reside in / or near to Stellenbosch
