Capsicum Culinary Studio is a dynamic company looking for a vibrant and dynamic individual, on a contractual basis, who loves working in a fast paced working environment, gathering inquiries and converting them into sales. Capsicum Culinary Studio is a national provider of further education and training in the area of Cheffing and Hospitality. (


  1. Answering inbound calls
  2. Responding to inbound enquiries via email
  3. Capturing enquiry cards on Customer Information System
  4. Capturing applications on Customer Information System
  5. Building customer’s interest in the products offered by CCS
  6. Providing personalized customer service of the highest level
  7. Updating the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
  8. Arranging for the dispatch of information packages, brochures etc. to clients and other interested parties
  9. Conducting follow up calls to the prospective client with regards to receipt of paperwork and answering any further questions they may have
  10. Booking and diarizing interviews with Branch Sales Consultants
  11. Converting all enquiries into sales


  1. Must possess a positive attitude and a proven track record in converting enquiries to sales in order for set targets to be achieved
  2. Pleasant and friendly disposition
  3. Basic computer knowledge/technological skills- the person should be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features, including familiarity of CRM solutions
  4. Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors. Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
  5. Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instil trust in others besides upholding the values of the CCS
  6. Ability to manage difficult customer situations
