Meet Chef Anso Brink from the Capsicum Culinary Studio Cape Town Campus
For the past decade, Capsicum Culinary Studio has attracted only the best lecturers in the country and our latest addition to the Cape Town Campus is pastry wizz Chef Anso Brink.
Chef Anso has traveled the world and done so many things in a relatively short career spanning nine years. Chef Anso qualified with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cheffing and Baking as well as a “Wines of the World” and “Wine and Food Pairing” certificate. Most recently, Chef Anso completed Certificate Courses specialising in chocolate which adds a wonderful dimension to her teaching.
Among the many festivals and events Chef Anso has worked for, she’s worked at The Vineyard Hotel & Spa, Forty Ate on Hout, Baker and Spice (London) as well as Cassis Paris in Cape Town.
Says Chef Anso “I’m delighted to be part of this amazing Institution. It’s wonderful to be able to do what you love and inspire the many students to do the same. I look forward to many years here at Capsicum Culinary Studio.”
