Meet Chef Ashton Robertson from the Capsicum Culinary Studio Cape Town Campus
We’re proud to have wonderfully talented and committed lecturers on-board at all of our Campuses. The newest addition to the Cape Town Campus is Chef Ashton Robertson, who joined us in September 2012.
Chef Ashton brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise which he’s gathered over the more than 12 years in the Culinary and Hospitality Industry.
Chef Ashton qualified in 2002 with a Certificate and Diploma in Culinary Arts, an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts as well as a Diploma in Patisserie from Northlink College Tygerberg Hotel School.
Chef Ashton started his career as a Kitchen Manager and worked his way up the ranks at various establishments such as Pontac Manor, The George (UK), Brookwood Partnership Ltd. (UK) as well as Headline Leisure Management.
Says Chef Ashton: “I’ve always had a passion for education and teaching and I’m delighted to be part of the Capsicum Culinary Studio family. I get to explore my love for food and teaching and for me, there’s no better combination!”
