If you’re a working chef in need of a qualification or simply wish to strengthen your existing skills, Capsicum Culinary Studio’s corporate training courses are ideal. For your convenience, lesson plans are structured to accommodate individuals with full-time jobs, giving you the hope of advancing in your career. Day Release Programmes At Capsicum Culinary Studio, we understand the demanding hours of the hospitality industry. For this reason we offer courses that are structured as a day release programme. If you’re working full-time, you will have to request permission from your employer to attend classes one day a week. These courses are accredited by City & Guilds and the following are Day Release Programmes: City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie Please note that we require a minimum of 10 students per class and each learner is expected to: Attend one lecture per week.
