Capsicum Culinary Studio has a passionate team of chefs who are keen to share their knowledge and skills with you, the student. We are exceedingly proud of the quality of lecturers who call Capsicum Culinary Studio home. They come to us with backgrounds at restaurants, foodservice corporations, hotels and other education institutions. However they all share a love for food and teaching.
We are committed to providing the highest level of academic excellence in culinary education through offering internationally accredited City & Guilds programmes, to help ensure that our graduates are ready for the world.
Our teaching staff across our six campuses stay up-to-date with culinary teaching methods, with the assistance of our dedicated Chef Academic Officer.
Our innovative curriculum integrates classroom learning with hands-on experience in the kitchen. In addition, the dedicated Industry and Development Team will help you gain practical experience, while in school, through industry placements. They will provide assistance in building a professional network in preparation for your career.
